Position Summary
We are actively seeking a Sr. Director Content Strategy. This is a remote position and can be based anywhere is the US.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build a content strategy that effectively supports all phases of the customer journey, reflects the corporate brand strategy, and firmly establishes Rimini Street as a thought leader in unified services
- Manage and lead the content team in the development of all content and thought leadership deliverables, while fostering a creative, collaborative culture
- Manage and strengthen the content marketing tone and style guidelines to maintain a distinctive voice and ignite the brand across media and channels
- Deliver world class content and campaign engagement that helps to amplify the brand and advance the Rimini Street editorial content strategy
- Develop a strategic thought leadership and data-driven editorial strategy to enhance our brand reputation and create credibility with media, prospects and clients
- Partner with global teams to deliver an integrated and optimized editorial vision, experience and process
- Manage relationships with and budgets for external resources and agencies, keeping those resources accountable and ensuring adherence to brand standards and quality.
- Work with project manager(s) to manage content team deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time, on brief, and within budget
- Support an SEO-first discipline in all content creation and editing to ensure maximum discoverability for digital content
- Align with paid, earned, social and owned channel partners to amplify the brand, increase engagement and conversion
- You use metrics to establish, validate and iterate on your content strategy
- Analyze content data and performance to proactively drive content optimization and effectively communicate the impact of the Editorial strategy to key stakeholders
- Identify and apply industry best practices, learnings and trends to enhance the Rimini Street brand awareness
- Build and deliver a global content strategy that engages B2B technology buyers and decision makers.
- Present content strategy methods, documentation, recommendations and rationale to teammates, peers and management.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant work in B2B content marketing, preferably at a well-known B2B tech brand
- 10+ years as a proven content strategist, with a portfolio of results-driven, innovative work that shows a diversity of experience
- Experience working with global brands and global teams to deliver content with a global mindset that can easily be regionalized
- Experience leading a content team + external resources that have developed a strategy for exceptional corporate content
- Experience managing budgets

- Constantly curious and enjoy learning about new verticals and technologies, shifting seamlessly between products, industries, and audiences

The Internal Communications Manager will partner with internal departments in the planning, development, and execution of Consigli’s strategic internal communications for employee and executive engagement. The role serves as a marketing communications consultant to internal partners, providing communications programs for executive leadership, human resources, recruiting, training and development initiatives that cross all regions.

Required Skills
- Lead and develop an internal communications strategy and execute programs that inform, connect, and engage employees.
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve/enhance messaging, communications channels, and content to deliver on internal communications objectives.
- Manage communication regarding employee messaging and HR initiatives.
- Provide communication support to the executive team.
- Act as a strong collaborator and leader who can contribute to projects on both a conceptual and executional level.
- Concept and develop scalable content that strategically delivers on business objectives and humanizes the brand, creating emotional connections with our employees and clients.
- Plan the frequency and channels of communication, coordinating with marketing and human resources to align with key company initiatives and objectives.
- Analyze the effectiveness of internal communication programs and leverage experience, insight, and creativity to develop recommendations that continually improve the quality and effectiveness of employee communications.

Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
- Experience working with an HR department a plus.
- 7-10 years professional experience in corporate communications and/or employee communications.
- Demonstrated expertise when communicating to and working with internal departments and senior executives to provide strategic counsel, clearly articulate ideas, successfully manage differing points of view and build positive relationships and rapport.
- Experience using technology that supports building, planning, and executing communications.
- Collaborative and a team builder, with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Detail oriented to ensure the high quality of communications.
- Outstanding project management with proven ability to keep multiple projects on track simultaneously.
- Demonstrated effectiveness using data to communicate and inform decisions.
- A/E/C industry experience a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, prioritize and think strategically.

Responsibilities:
- Research, plan and execute internal programs and tactics to drive awareness, consistency and adoption of the Entrust brand internally.
- Partner with cross-functional team members to support the development of their internal programs to drive brand consistency.
- Maintain the content on the internal brand hub to keep it up to date and accurate.
- Craft and tell the Entrust story through meaningful campaigns that bring the brand to life internally.
- Work collaboratively with internal teams providing brand guidance and insight that help the teams deliver work that is on brand.
- Participate in and be a champion for the brand activation steering committee.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience as a brand specialist, marketing programs specialist or campaign specialist with a strong understanding of brand strategy.
- Experience in B2B marketing
